Postdoctoral researcher
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the systems biology group. Before joining this lab, I received my Ph.D. degree from the Dept. of Bio and Brain Engineering at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). My research field covers developing and applying methods for mapping genome-scale experimental data sets to bacterial genome, building a transcriptional regulatory and metabolic network for various microorganisms.
